• The Cattery rates are per day inclusive of arrival and departure day, this allows for essential disinfection and preparation of the chalets.

• Please ensure your cats are up to date with their vaccinations for Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu. Vaccination cards must be produced at time of admission

• All cats should be treated for fleas and worms prior to admission to Upper Park Cattery. Should we find that your cat has either fleas or worms we will administer treatment; the costs for which will be added to the final bill

• Whilst all cats at Upper Park Cattery receive every care and attention, they are boarded at the risk of the owner. Should any cat fall ill whilst being boarded we will contact your veterinary surgeon and act upon their advice and any expenses incurred will be met by the owner

• In the event of any cancellation or change in holiday dates, Upper Park cattery will ask for 14 days’ notice, otherwise the full amount will still be payable

• No refund will be given in the event of the owner returning before the end of the holiday or dropping off later than booked.

• Full payment is to be made on collection either by cheque or cash, or you can pay by direct bank transfer (please ask for details)

• We reserve the right to re-home any cat that is not collected within 7 days of the agreed collection date where there has been no contact with the owner and we have been unable to contact any other person responsible for the cat.

Daily Prices (from 1st November 2023)
One cat - £13.00 per day
Two cats (sharing) - £19.00 per day
Three cats (sharing) - £24.00 per day
Four cats (sharing) - £27.00 per day
